Clearing Services:

AD Clear provides robust clearing and settlement services as the central clearing party (CCP) within ADX. Acting as the buyer to every seller and the seller to every buyer. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology and adhering to best practices and international standards, AD Clear ensures efficient and secure post-trade processing.

Our services include comprehensive account management, margin procedures, collateral management, and detailed clearing reports. Clearing Members benefit from a seamless connection to the AD Clear Clearing System, facilitating effective post-trade administration and robust risk management. We offer various types of clearing accounts, including individual and omnibus accounts, to ensure the segregation and protection of assets.

AD Clear adheres to regulatory compliance and is committed to the highest standards of service delivery, to contribute to a stable and efficient financial ecosystem within Abu Dhabi's capital market infrastructure.

Clearing Fee:

All trading fees, clearing fees, post-trade management fees, and any other fees payable to AD Clear are calculated and billed daily. These fees are collected through the Clearing Member and are payable to the Clearing House on a monthly basis.

All fees must be paid by each Clearing Member on the first business day after the end of each month.
