At AD Clear, we ensure a smooth onboarding process for all prospective members. Here’s a simplified overview:

    Prospective members start by expressing interest and learning about membership categories, requirements, and benefits. A preliminary assessment checks eligibility based on financial health, operations, and compliance.

  2. Application Submission and Evaluation:

    Eligible applicants submit a formal application with the necessary documents but not limited to:

    • Financial statements
    • Risk management details
    • Regulatory approvals.
    Our team then conducts a thorough review, assessing financial stability, risk management, and operational readiness.
  3. Membership Approval and Onboarding:

    Upon membership approval, members will be onboarded to AD Clear Clearing System, and will be provided training on procedures, risk management, and reporting.

  4. Activation and Ongoing Support:

    After onboarding, new members' accounts are activated for clearing and settlement activities. There will be continuous support provided to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
